Join your NAMI friends for casual local hikes!
The purpose of NAMI Hikes are to provide opportunities for NAMI members, and friends, to be active while enjoying good company and the wonders of nature.
They are easy 2.5 mile hikes on good trails but we will never be more than 1/2 mile from the trailhead for those interested in an early return. Our pace will be “conversational” to match the most leisurely team member.
Contact Paul Underwood for meeting location and to RSVP at 503.577.9386 or P_Underwood@MSN.com
