Crooked | May 17 – June 8, 2013
CoHo Productions, a non-profit theatre in NW Portland, is presenting a play called Crooked by Catherine Trieschman from May 17-June 8. CoHo Theatre is located at 2257 NW Raleigh, Portland 97210. Map
Show times are 7:30 pm Thursday through Saturday, with 2pm matinees on Sundays. Talkbacks with the director and cast will follow performances on May 19th, May 26th and June 2nd.
The basic premise of Crooked is that a mother moves her 14-year-old daughter to the small southern town where she grew up. They are dealing with hard times, especially because the impetus for the move is that the mother divorced her husband who was extremely mentally ill and had to be institutionalized. She is still very much in love in him.
CoHo is offering discounted tickets to NAMI members and their guests. The regular price is $25- tickets will be $20 for NAMI members.
