Writing Groups
Join in to share a creative and expressive space, no writing experience required. All you need to bring is yourself! See our virtual and in-person options!
Online Writing Group
Schedule: First & Third Monday of every month
Time: 12:30 - 2:30 PM

Support community mental health while enjoying good company in the wonders of nature.
Schedule: Last Saturday of every month

Location: Location varies - February’s hike will be meeting at Tryon Creek State Natural Area

Community Art Creations
Each month, we do a creative activity and provide supplies. Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience.
Schedule: First Monday of every month

Walking Group
Take a leisurely stroll with your NAMI friends.
Schedule: First and third Wednesday of each month
Time: 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
First Wednesdays at Laurelhurst Park: Meet at the circular pit seating area between the tennis courts and playground on the corner of SE 37th Ave and Stark.
Third Wednesdays at Peninsula Park: Meet at the red bench on the corner of N Albina Ave and N Rosa Parks Way.
