About Charcuterie Me: Portland-Based Charcuterie Me was born out of a passion for the charcuterie experience . Founder Nai Zhao remembers food always being at the center of family gatherings, with some of her fondest memories revolving around sharing laughs and stories with family around the dinner table . To recreate that feeling and bring people together, she created Charcuterie Me, the crowd-pleasing board of meat, cheese and accompaniments.
