NAMI Multnomah is excited to host the following Ending the Silence presentations, open to families and caregivers of youth, and staff who work with youth.
Ending the Silence is an interactive presentation that includes two leaders: one who shares an informative presentation, and a young adult living with mental illness who shares their journey to recovery. Participants will learn about warning signs, facts and statistics, steps to early intervention, and tips on how to reach out and respond.
