Join us on Tuesday, April 12 for a workshop designing your own One Page Profile - a strengths-based tool for introducing your child to health care providers. 

Every child, especially if they experience unique or complex needs, should have access to positive relationships with their health care providers and other clinical staff members. This interactive workshop will explore how to build or adapt a One Page Profile that is especially geared to medical, behavioral and therapy settings. Materials will be provided to workshop participants.
