System of Care Collaborative

System of Care Photo.jpg

Are you the parent or caregiver of a child or adolescent who has received high levels of mental health services through Multnomah County or Wraparound in the last two years? Did you experience any barriers or challenges while trying to care for your child?

Advocate for and effect change! Join parents, family partners, youth, providers, and administrators in developing solutions to addressing barriers in mental health and other services in our local community. If you are willing to share some of your family’s stories and barriers, you could help improve the system! Some of the questions we are considering include:

  • What is working well in the systems?

  • What system improvements are needed?

  • What would help families?

Interested in joining? Fill out our online interest form or download this form and return it to ChristaLee at ChristaLee.Fox@multco.us. We will then connect with you and let you know more!

Make a Difference in Youth Mental Health Care by coming to the next meeting!

Are there Tri-County youth in your care involved with child-serving systems such as DHS, Juvenile Justice, Development Disabilities, Special Education, Mental Health, Early Learning, or Physical Health? Have youth experience barriers to services while navigating these systems? We would really love to here from you here! Briefly describe the barrier and how it affects your family. Include preferred contact information if you would like an SOC member can contact you.
