1 on 1 Peer Delivered Services

Our free Peer Delivered Services offer peer-based mental health support for those who are seeking additional guidance as they navigate their mental health journey. Peer Delivered Services can offer peer-based understanding, support in navigating and connecting to necessary resources, assistance in creating personalized care plans, and more. Population specific services are also available.


NAMI Bridges - Short term peer support service for LGBTQIA+ and/or Veteran/Military Service Members who are navigating the mental health system, accessing basic needs, and connecting to community resources.

NAMI Connects - Peer-based mental health support and navigation program designed for those who enter hospital emergency room departments.

Veteran Peer Support Services - Peer-based support for Veterans and Active/Prior Military Service Members living with mental health conditions.

Mobile Response and Stabilization Services - Family Partners offer comprehensive, collaborative care that supports a youth and family in acute crises.

Wraparound - Family Partners collaborate with children, family members, friends, service providers and community members to create an individualized plan for addressing a child’s needs.
