If someone is hurt or in an imminent life-threatening situation, call 911. Clearly state that the situation is related to a mental health crisis, and request responders from the Enhanced Crisis Intervention Team (ECIT).

For other situations requiring crisis responders, call the Multnomah County Crisis Line 24/7 at 503-988-4888. Operators can dispatch mobile crisis response services, including Project Respond and Portland Street Response.
