Take a leisurely stroll with your NAMI friends!
Every Wednesday starting at 6:00 PM

On the first and second Wednesday of each month, this group will meet at Overlook Park, at the shelter near the playground.

On the third, fourth, and fifth Wednesday of each month, this group will meet at Mt.Tabor in front of the visitor’s center.
Note: The roads in the park are closed to vehicles on Wednesdays. Street parking available.

Our pace will be “conversational” to match our most leisurely team member.
