Session 2: “Mind Your Breath” - Jacqui Whang
Experience a guided meditation and movement session that focuses on mindful breathing. Often, we bring external pressures on the flow of our natural breath. This workshop will guide you into connecting with your breathing through different exercises of the body and mind.
