Yoga for Beginners
A 5-week class series, open to people of all experience levels and abilities, that focuses on the fundamentals of yoga practice. Attending all sessions is not required, workshops are held on a drop-in basis. Topics include breathing techniques, gentle yoga postures, how to personalize your yoga practice, and yoga philosophy. By exploring the fundamentals, we will learn the many ways that yoga can benefit the mind and body, but also relationships with ourselves, other beings, and the world.
